I acknowledge that DragLinks is intended for private property, closed course, and off-road use. Use on public roads is a violation of these terms of use. DragLinks accepts no responsibility for damage or bodily harm due to aggressive or reckless driving. Motorsports can be extremely dangerous and should not be attempted by anyone without proper training and experience. Proper vehicle maintenance, operation, and set up are the responsibility of the vehicle operator and DragLinks accepts no responsibility for damages caused by poorly maintained and set up equipment.
Proper personal protective equipment is required for use of this application. Acquisition and use of this equipment are the vehicle operator’s responsibility. Proper equipment includes but is not limited to:
DragLinks accepts no responsibility for injury due to neglecting use of this required equipment.
Use of handheld devices during vehicle operation is extremely unsafe and is a violation of these terms of use. DragLinks is to only be used with the mobile device securely attached to the vehicle dashboard with a hands-free mounting device. DragLinks has been designed for hands free use by way of ambient colored light and audible signals during game play. Any speed sensed by the application will immediately cause all interactive screens to disable and revert to displaying only the current sensed speed. User must remain focused on safe vehicle operation at all times. DragLinks accepts no responsibility for property damage or injury caused by distracted vehicle operation.
Operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (legal or illegal) is extremely dangerous and is a violation of these terms of use as well as many state and local laws. Use of these substances, actual or implied, will result in immediate suspension of the violating users account and possible criminal prosecution.
By clicking “accept”, the User agrees to assume responsibility for and shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Drag Links Racing and I-R-L Games, LLC, its agents, employees, and members collectively (hereinafter, “indemnitee’s), from any and all damages and/or injury which may occur during use of this application, specifically, Drag Links Racing. User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the indemnitee(s) from any and all damages or injury which may occur by the User’s misuse of the application and/or violation of the terms of acceptable use.
