Our user’s privacy and security are of upmost importance. We take the responsibility of maintaining this for you and your property while using DragLinks Racing very seriously and have set these policies in place to help us achieve this.
We will never ask for and strongly recommend you do not divulge your location beyond general demographic descriptions such as city and state. Likewise, exposing any other users to potential vandalism or theft by making public their address or other physical location is a violation of this Privacy Policy and DragLinks Racing Acceptable use Policy. This specific violation will result in immediate suspension of the violating users account.
DragLinks Racing uses the GPS receiver in your device to determine speed achieved and distance traveled only and is never used to track or log your location. DragLinks Racing has been intentionally designed without mapping capabilities to ensure that even in the case of a data breech no physical locations of you or your property can be accessed. It has been determined that the functional limits this imposes are worth forgoing to assure our users that their privacy are being protected.
